Individual sessions

Both Niki and Matthew provide individual therapy sessions. These can be provided at our clinic in Mosgiel, or online via Zoom, Skype, or Facetime.
Niki uses traditonal Psychotherapy methodology and has a Masters in Psychotherapy. She is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), and is Internal Family Systems informed. She has been in practice since 2012.
Matthew uses traditional counselling techniques, as well as body work, mindfulness tools, and meditations. He also works out of our clinic in Mosgiel. Matthew has done a lot of work with Mens groups over the years, and has a practical approach that resonates with them.

This is our foundation programme, and has been developed over 20 years. We all have a core of who we are, and a greater purpose in life. We have lessons to learn, and a special place in the larger framework of life. Find more of who you really are, while learning new techniques and strategies to living a full and effective life. Learn about your energy signatures and how the can serve or hinder you. In a moment we can make fundamental shifts in who we are. We create a safe place for this to happen, so you can live the life you know you are supposed to.

What is it to be a man in todays culture? How is it that men are more likely to commit suicide? Does our can-do attitude really serve us? Learn about our cultural patterning and identify your own behavioural patterns. Learn new strategies to improve the ones that work for you, while changing the ones that don't. You will learn new techniques to be more connected with yourself, and be present in situations that are stressful. This means better decision making, and increased opportunities.
