ABOUT US

Niki Grennell, MA

Niki has a Masters degree in Psychotherapy and has been in practice for over 10 years. She has additional training in EMDR, and specialises in relationship issues, and historic trauma. Niki was the Clinical team leader for the local agency that delivers around Family and Sexual violence. She provides Psychotherapy and Supervision services for EAP, ACC, MSD as well as local medical centre staff and private clients. She has a gift of seeing what is actually going on , rather than being caught up in the fluff. Niki's iwi affiliations are with Ngai Tahu, Ngati Mutunga;she also has Pakeha ancestors.

Matthew Hawke, BA

Matthew has over 20 years experience in providing business solutions. He also has over 10 years experience in providing wellbeing solutions across the Social Service sector, and more recently in men's wellbeing. His core program "The Art of being You" has been developed over 20 years, and tailored to the individual audience. Currently it is being delivered to Mens groups, with Youth starting in 2021.

Kelsey Powell, MA

Kelsey is a trained trauma therapist who has focused on the wellbeing of refugees, asylum seekers, and indigenous people through collaborative and culturally appropriate workshops. She has also worked with international students tutoring them to excel in their new environment. When it comes to her values, morals, and beliefs in life, Kelsey is a passionate vegan who adopted the lifestyle to lower her carbon footprint, live healthily, and to show respect to all sentient beings. Through her work and lifestyle, Kelsey has improved her own wellbeing and wants to help others do the same.
